"I called Mark's after several failed attempts from another locksmith and I am so glad I did! Mark came out for service within an hour of my call (not time-sensitive) and didn't give up until he had a solution. He undercharged for his time spent, even though my product was so complex and he handled the situation with absolute integrity. Will definitely be referring him out and using again!"
